We thank you for taking the time to visit our blog.

My husband and I are a young, growing, Christian, military family. My husband is a Captain in The United States Marine Corps. I am a former Elementary school teacher. We are first time parents to a beautiful little two year old boy, with twin boys on the way! I am a stay at home Marine wife, who loves to bake, cook, sew and craft! I enjoy being a Domestic Engineer. The purpose of this blog is to document the story of our life and adventures as they take place.

We are honored to be serving our country and ask for prayer in our upcoming adventures. We have been blessed tremendously, and thank God everyday for all he has given us!

Happy anniversary! My husband and I will also be celebrating our third year of marriage next month! He is in the Canadian Navy (Canada doesn't have Marines and I remember being so confused when I was asking my husband what the Canadian equivalent was. Here Marine and Navy are interchangeable because "Marine" is "Navy" in French. Just to add to my confusion, of course.). Fortunately in the Navy here, you generally don't have to move around - you're either based East Coast (like us) or West Coast (or occasionally Ottawa, but that's not common.).

Congratuations on the new house, too! So exciting to have the extra space with Robert now. I've always wanted a craft room!

Happy Wedding Anniversary you two!!!!!!!!
LOVE: 1 Corinthians, 13:2
I have learned that you don't have to get it to give it, and if your source will never leave you or forsake you; His love is infinite! Keep your compass on God. you will follow the good road on life's challenging journey!
I read this once and it reminded me of you two:
I love my husband Lord!
The first time I saw him, I knew he was the one you chose for me.
You planted the seed of love within my heart and you made it grow and grow and grow.
You brought us up together, an unlikely pair, two complete opposites in many ways, and you molded us into two halves of the same whole.
You made us sweethearts, then best friends, then parents, and one day, grandparents.
You knew where we were and you know where we are going. We trust you God, and we thank you!
