We thank you for taking the time to visit our blog.

My husband and I are a young, growing, Christian, military family. My husband is a Captain in The United States Marine Corps. I am a former Elementary school teacher. We are first time parents to a beautiful little two year old boy, with twin boys on the way! I am a stay at home Marine wife, who loves to bake, cook, sew and craft! I enjoy being a Domestic Engineer. The purpose of this blog is to document the story of our life and adventures as they take place.

We are honored to be serving our country and ask for prayer in our upcoming adventures. We have been blessed tremendously, and thank God everyday for all he has given us!

Blizzard Bloghop 2011

Blizzard Bloghop 2010 hosted by Household 6 Diva

Hello Bloggers!!

Today, hundreds of wonderful Bloggers will be arriving in Nashville Tennessee for the 2011 BlissDom Conference sponsored by Blissfully Domestic. As you can imagine there are probably many of us who will not be able to attend for various reasons. So, Ann Marie over at http://www.household6diva.com/ has set up a blizzard bloghop meet and greet for those fabulous bloggers who can not attend the convention. We have been asked to share about ourselves and our blog. So, here I go!

My name is Sarah. I am in my mid 20's and I am a proud Military wife! My husband is a First Lieutenant in The United States Marine Corps. We are both originally from Southern California, and are so thrilled to be based back here at Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base for the next few years! I am a former second grade teacher, I have my Masters degree in Education with an emphasis in Child Developmental Psychology. I loved my days as a teacher! However, I am now getting ready for the most important job in the world, to become a new Mommy!! My husband and I are expecting our first child, a little boy Robert William Christensen on May 7th 2011.

We are a young Christian, growing military family! I am a stay at home Marine wife who loves to bake, cook, sew and craft! I enjoy being a Domestic Engineer. So please follow along with us as I share fun recipes, new crafts, and our daily life. We are honored to be serving our country and ask for prayer in our upcoming adventures. We have been blessed tremendously, and thank God everyday for all he has given us!

Blessings,
Sarah

Is it fate that brought me to your blog today? I think so! Either it was that, or the blog hop today?

First of all...I'm going to toot your horn and tell you that your flipping beautiful! And that dress for the ball is amazing! You look hot diggitty dog!

Okay, I am also a fellow USMC wife! We JUST moved here to Pendleton a few weeks ago and I have fallen in love with it! I never want to leave! NEVER!

Anyways...needless to say, I'm your newest follower!
