We thank you for taking the time to visit our blog.

My husband and I are a young, growing, Christian, military family. My husband is a Captain in The United States Marine Corps. I am a former Elementary school teacher. We are first time parents to a beautiful little two year old boy, with twin boys on the way! I am a stay at home Marine wife, who loves to bake, cook, sew and craft! I enjoy being a Domestic Engineer. The purpose of this blog is to document the story of our life and adventures as they take place.

We are honored to be serving our country and ask for prayer in our upcoming adventures. We have been blessed tremendously, and thank God everyday for all he has given us!

Convicted . . .

My Dear, Precious Readers,

 I am saddened to say, but after prayer and careful consideration, the Lord has truly put it on my heart to end my blog. I am convicted by a scripture that keeps speaking to my heart ;

" But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people." 2 Timothy 3:1-5

I want it to be clear that my original intent upon starting this blog was to communicate with my friends and family around the world and to chart my child's first year for his baby book. I feel that lately, it has spiraled out of hand! I hope I have touched some of you in a positive way, because many of you have touched my life with your stories, encouragement and love!

I have been re-evaluating my life and priorities and while I do consider praying for all of you a priority, I feel my time spent blogging could be used in a more efficient way.

It has been so much fun and I have met so many wonderful people and made so many friends. I am onto a new chapter in my life. I have saved all of your names, my sweet blog follower friends and I intend to pray for you for as long as I have breath on this earth!!!

If you ever want to reach me, my e-mail is sarahannchristensen@gmail.com

With a heart full of blessings and love for you all,

I will leave this post up on my blog for a few days before de-activating this blog, to give you all a chance to read it. :)

Hi Sarah, I check your blog from time to time (I found it through Women Living Well) and always enjoy reading your thoughts, ideas, tips, and other helpful activities, recipes, and suggestions. It saddens me that you'll no longer be blogging, especially as a young stay at home mom too, it's nice to be encouraged through fellow Christian, stay at home moms. I've so loved reading your blog posts and will miss them. God bless you and your family. I pray your husband stays safe while he's away.

I must admit, I too, was addicted to your joy and excitement toward life. There is a sadness in my day to see you gone.
God bless you, Sarah!
If you ever blog again, I will be your first reader standing in the front of the line!

Good luck with everything that you do, Sarah! I have so enjoyed following your blog for the past year. As you know, my son is a little younger than yours- and I always looked forward to your stories of how he is growing and developing. It was always nice to see what we have to look forward to with our little one as well. I'm going to miss your blog. I greatly appeciate the advice and prayers that you have personally offered myself and my family. I wish you and your family the very best!
Love, Ami
