We thank you for taking the time to visit our blog.

My husband and I are a young, growing, Christian, military family. My husband is a Captain in The United States Marine Corps. I am a former Elementary school teacher. We are first time parents to a beautiful little two year old boy, with twin boys on the way! I am a stay at home Marine wife, who loves to bake, cook, sew and craft! I enjoy being a Domestic Engineer. The purpose of this blog is to document the story of our life and adventures as they take place.

We are honored to be serving our country and ask for prayer in our upcoming adventures. We have been blessed tremendously, and thank God everyday for all he has given us!

Robert's First Trip To Disneyland

Happy Tuesday Friends! I hope you all enjoyed a pleasant, relaxing, long President's Day weekend. We sure did!!

Last week, my Dad, Ray, turned 61 years old! My Dad decided that for his birthday, he wanted to buy our whole family year long Disneyland passes!! We have had Disneyland year passes in the past ( ha, say that 5 times fast, passes in  the past!), but this was special because it was going to be Robert's first trip to the happiest place on earth . . . DISNEYLAND that is!

Disneyland is exactly a halfway meeting point between my parent's house and our house. So, we figured we will spend many days and weekends meeting-up for a few rides and a nice dinner at the theme park.

Robert's first trip to Disneyland was a huge success!! He absolutely loved everything about it! The lights, parades, characters, rides and people!! We took him to the Tiki Room ride first. Robbie was mesmerised by the colorful and very talkative singing birds! Robbie clapped his little hands and  danced to the songs and sounds of The Tiki Room!

Later, we took Robbie on the train ride,  The Storybook Boat and many more....

Here are a few pictures from our fabulous day!

Here is Grandpa, showing off his Birthday button from Disneyland!

So sweet to see the joy and excitement in my little one's eyes at the end of a long, fun day!
