My husband and I are a young, growing, Christian, military family. My husband is a Captain in The United States Marine Corps. I am a former Elementary school teacher. We are first time parents to a beautiful little two year old boy, with twin boys on the way! I am a stay at home Marine wife, who loves to bake, cook, sew and craft! I enjoy being a Domestic Engineer. The purpose of this blog is to document the story of our life and adventures as they take place.

We are honored to be serving our country and ask for prayer in our upcoming adventures. We have been blessed tremendously, and thank God everyday for all he has given us!

My Two Boys & The World's Best Panini

Just a quick Saturday post on the two most important guys in my life. My Rich and my Robbie! I love these two so much! :)

The World's Best Panini

A few weeks ago, Robbie and I went to visit Daddy in San Diego. Rich was completing a Legal Officer's course for three weeks in the San Diego area. One day we went to lunch in Little Italy, which is a fabulous area in Downtown San Diego that is full of wonderful Italian restaurants. I ordered a
prosciutto, mozzarella and fig jam panini. It was arguably the worlds best panini!!!! The sandwich had the perfect combination of flavors, both savory and sweet. I am now on a mission to recreate this scrumptious panini!
