Today, I'm sharing all about my new love.... Pinterest!!!!!!
What is Pinterest???? "Pinterest lets you organize and share all the beautiful things you find on the web. People use pin boards to plan their weddings, decorate their homes, and organize their favorite recipes." Pinterest is like a virtual bulletin board. I have recently discovered Pinnable me Friday's on http://zachandstefanieclark.blogspot.com/ , where each week you can link-up your favorite Pinterests boards from that week!
Best of all, with Pinterest, you can browse pin boards created by your friends.
I really was born in the wrong era. I should have been born in the 1950's! I would have loved to live, dress and share in the time of the late 1950's early 1960's. Life was simple, families had morals and values and the fashion was superb!!!! I guess I'm just an old soul!

Speaking of the 1960's.... I have almost finished reading The Help!! I am so enjoying this book! It was on my 2011 reading list, which I have somewhat fallen behind on since having my little boy! I am however back in the swing of things and picking up where I left off in my 2011 reading list. I am so anxious to see the movie The Help, but I am sticking to the plan and disciplining my self to finish the book first! :)

Now that you have a nice sewing machine, you could maybe find some old Vogue, or Butterick patterns to sew for yourself. I am fond of that beautiful frosty green/and white striped dress with the big bow collar!

Lovely! I've always felt I was born in the wrong era myself. Of course, now that I'm experiencing middle age spread I'm glad I don't have to try to fit into those tiny waists now ;-)
