We thank you for taking the time to visit our blog.

My husband and I are a young, growing, Christian, military family. My husband is a Captain in The United States Marine Corps. I am a former Elementary school teacher. We are first time parents to a beautiful little two year old boy, with twin boys on the way! I am a stay at home Marine wife, who loves to bake, cook, sew and craft! I enjoy being a Domestic Engineer. The purpose of this blog is to document the story of our life and adventures as they take place.

We are honored to be serving our country and ask for prayer in our upcoming adventures. We have been blessed tremendously, and thank God everyday for all he has given us!

A Fun Easter

Rich, Me, My Mom and Dad and baby Robert in my tummy! :)
I hope you all had a wonderful Easter with your families celebrating the Love and Grace of our Savior! I know we had a great Easter this year. It was different than most years, but that's okay sometimes a change is good. This Easter (because I am so hugely pregnant) my parents came to visit us at our home. My parents came out to stay with us on Saturday night. On Easter Sunday we spent the day together as a family celebrating the resurrection of the Lord. We went to the beach to walk, we then later had a wonderful big Italian dinner at Maggiano's Little Italy Italian restaurant. This was the different part. Usually, my Mom will prepare a huge Easter dinner. My husband thought it best that we just enjoy having a restaurant do the cooking so we could relax and enjoy each others company! After dinner we decided to go see the movie Water For Elephants, which I loved!!!

Best of all it was nice to spend time with my parents and my husband before baby arrives! :) Hope you had a blessed Easter!

We had so much fun feeding the squirrels at the beach the other day that we took my parents back to meet them. :)

Some of the beautiful birds at the beach.

No, it's not a giant Easter egg!! It's my giant baby belly. :) I thought the shirt was festive for the day. :)
Here I am with my Dad.

and my Momma!
