We thank you for taking the time to visit our blog.

My husband and I are a young, growing, Christian, military family. My husband is a Captain in The United States Marine Corps. I am a former Elementary school teacher. We are first time parents to a beautiful little two year old boy, with twin boys on the way! I am a stay at home Marine wife, who loves to bake, cook, sew and craft! I enjoy being a Domestic Engineer. The purpose of this blog is to document the story of our life and adventures as they take place.

We are honored to be serving our country and ask for prayer in our upcoming adventures. We have been blessed tremendously, and thank God everyday for all he has given us!

Thankful Thursdays

It's Thankful Thursday Time! This week I am so thankful for my Mother! I am so blessed to have her in my life! I have been staying with her the past few weeks while my husband has been gone, and I have been treated so well by her. We have enjoyed our girl time crocheting, crafting, cooking and preparing the nursery for the baby. I am just starting my third trimester of pregnancy, which means my feet hurt, my back aches, I'm running to the ladies room every five minutes. My sweet Momma prays with me everyday, rubs my feet every night, cooks for me and shows me how much she cares! This week Mom, I want you to know how much I love you and how thankful I am this Thursday to have you as my Mother! I love you! :)
Blessings, Sarah

Sarah,
I was just thinking of my pregnancy with you.
I had to stay in bed for 8 months because you were a high risk pregnancy. Since my first pregnancy was a stillborn little boy, You must know how very grateful and elated I was to have you!
There honestly is not one day that I have ever taken you for granted. I promised God that you would be raised for HIS glory if he allowed you to live.
Here you are expecting Robert and I am here, together with you in California experiencing your miracle with you!
Oh how I wish my parents could be here. They loved you so very much!
God is abundantly graceful, and I praise Him daily! Love, Momma Robin
