Lately I have been crocheting up a storm! I just finished this project and I am am almost finished with an afghan for my guest room. Earlier this week while wandering through the craft store, I stumbled upon this adorable pattern/kit for these sweet little crochet baby booties! I just had to try it! I decided to make a baby beanie to go with the booties. I chose to use a blue yarn ( weight #4 ) to wear with jeans ( I can just see my little mountain man now!! ) . I like them so much, I have started to work on a pink pair for a friend's little girl. So cute. You should totally keep them later for your grandkids. My in-laws just gave me some booties and coat that Justin's great-grandmother made and it gets passed down to every generation. Very cool.
