This year as our main cookie my Mom and I got together and made Gingerbread men cookies. A fun and traditional cookie. We also made Mexican Wedding Cookies ( which have many different names in almost every culture). As well as fudge and oatmeal chocolate chip. We had a blast trying o see who could make the best cookie, even Rich got involved! :) Hope you all enjoyed your Christmas baking!
