We are first time parents to a beautiful little two year old boy, with twin boys on the way! I am a stay at home Marine wife, who loves to bake, cook, sew and craft! I enjoy being a Domestic Engineer. The purpose of this blog is to document the story of our life and adventures as they take place.

We are honored to be serving our country and ask for prayer in our upcoming adventures. We have been blessed tremendously, and thank God everyday for all he has given us!

Maui
We had a great honeymoon! We started off the day after our wedding( Sunday July 13th ) heading off on a plane to Maui! From the moment we landed in Maui we new that the trip was going to be amazing!! It was the first time either one of us had been to any Hawaiian Island. What better way to experience the pure beauty of Maui for the first time than with the one you love!! We had an amazing time in Maui. We were able to enjoy eight days on the island. During that time we enjoyed many of the activities offered on the islands. Such as the 25 mile bike ride at 2:00am to watch the sunrise on Mt. Haleakala. We also enjoyed jet skiing in the ocean, and of course a romantic sunset horseback ride in the evening! We were also able to enjoy some of the finest restaurants as well as some of the “Best” hamburger Joints” like cheeseburger in paradise. Yummy! Reluctantly with the hopes of coming back soon Rich and I left Maui to end one chapter of our honeymoon and start another.

Napa
We arrived back in L.A on July 21st. We were home just long enough to unpack our island wear and start packing our wine tasting gear! Before we knew it was July 22nd and we found ourselves back at LAX on a plane and on our way to Napa California. Once we arrived in Napa met up with our friends Russell and Arcellia who were also on week two of their honeymoon. Russell and Arcy were married the day before us.
Napa was gorgeous!! It was so lush and green and the wine wasn’t bad either !!

Wine Tasting
Wine tasting was a foreign concept to me before we went to Napa. I had no clue of all that there is to it. I found myself learning how to tip and tilt the wine glass just right to check the color and texture of the wine, I was told to stick my nose deep into the glass to sniff and take in the smell of the wine and oh so much more! We had a fabulous time, good friends, good food, and good wine!!!
