Easy Homemade Apple Pie In Minutes

Today, I made these adorable, tasty and easy individual apple pies. What I love about this recipe is that there are a variety of ways to make these pies. I chose to use apple filling for mine. However, you could use cherry, any type of berry or even chocolate cream pudding. The possibilities are endless! :)

Easy Homemade Apple Pie In Minutes

Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 15 min
Serves : 8

Ingredients:
1 (16.3- ounce) Can refrigerate biscuits. ( I used Pillsbury Grands Home style Biscuits)
1 (21-ounce) can apple pie filling ( Or any fruit filling of your choice)
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar divided.
Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Roll out each biscuit into a 6-inch circle on a lightly flowered surface.
In a small bowl, combine the pie filling and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place 1 biscuit round on a clean flat surface.
Spoon out about 2 1/2 tablespoons of pie filling in the center of the biscuit round.
Fold the dough over the filling( pressing the edges with a fork to seal)
Repeat with the remaining biscuits and pie filling.

Fry Biscuits:

In a large skillet, pour oil to a depth of 1/4 inch.
Heat oil to around 350 degrees.
Fry pies in batches for 1 minute per side or until pies are lightly browned.
Drain on paper towels.
Finally, sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar.
Let cool and ENJOY!!!! :)
